"Cinnamon sticks with touches of ginger. Burnished oak gives way to dried fruits – soaked raisins and sweet sultanas. Wood spices are bold, dancing with citrus and dark fruit. Wisps of aniseed and licorice appear later, embraced by soft sweet oak at the finish."
