"6.8% ABV — Spontaneous Manifesto 2022 marks a milestone as The Monolith’s inaugural 100% Spontaneous Fermentation release. Made using historical methods developed in Belgium over generations, this blend of 1, 2 & 3 year barrels is our quintessential Spontaneous Fermentation blend.
The result of these techniques is a unique product shaped by our local environment and indigenous microflora. It showcases classic stone fruit, apple and citric flavours and aromas with some bright red wine fruitiness, and subtle tannin, highlighted by a balanced acidity. It won Bronze at the World Beer Cup for Belgian Style Sour Ales in 2024. We hope you like it!"
