Made using historical methods developed in Belgium over generations, the result of these techniques is a unique product shaped by our local environment and indigenous microflora. It showcases classic stone fruit, apple & citric flavours and aromas with some bright red wine fruitiness, and subtle tannin, highlighted by a balanced acidity.
