– Fruitful Pursuits Apricot 2023 is a blend of 2, 3 & 4 year red wine barrels that spent 2 months refermenting with hundreds of kilograms of fully ripe apricots. The flavour and aroma have an apricot jam intensity highlighted by light cinnamon and marzipan character. The texture is round and coats the palate, complimented by the bright fruity acidity and stone fruit esters of the blend.
