The fourth release in The Macallan Harmony Collection reflects the influence of sherry-seasoned oak casks to our whisky mastery.
The spirit, created by The Macallan Whisky Mastery Team, is matured in a combination of first fi ll sherry seasoned American oak casks and refill sherry casks carefully selected to deliver the classic American oak flavours of vanilla, citrus and sweet oak.

Producer Tasting Note
Nose: Intense vanilla bean accompanied by sweet sherbet and lime zest gives way to fragrant pears nestled in delicate vanilla sponge cake.
Palate: Creamy vanilla panna cotta, buttery shortbread, lightly toasted coconut with almond brittle, apple and sweet oak.
Finish: Medium, sweet with lingering vanilla.

Amber Meadow is the third release in Macallan's Harmony Series, Apparently not related in any way to our KWM Whisky staff Harmony (or so they SAY), this whisky was created in collaboration with Stella and Mary McCartney "to celebrate the lush, fertile lands of Scotland that connect all those who have stood upon them for generations."
Still not sure why they didn't collaborate with Harmony directly. Bottled at 44.2%.
