This sparkling wine boasts a citrusy yellow hue and fine, persistent bubbles. On the nose, delicate aromas of orange blossom and white petals are discernible, accompanied by notes of apple and pear. On the palate, it is well-balanced, with citrus flavours, a refreshing acidity, and the same floral notes detected on the nose. The finish is mouth-watering and elegant, leaving a lingering and complex sensation. It spends 9 months on its lees, adding a complex toasty note. It's a brut nature so no sugar is added.
