Like the Daft Punk song it is named after, this limited release from Turntable dials everything up to 11 but keeps everything smooth and danceable, I mean drinkable. Bottled at 59.1%, this Blended Scotch Whisky consists of the following:

Evan's Tasting Note
Nose: Full of juicy and jammy fruit as well as spice notes including sliced apples, apricots, lemon zest, blood orange, ginger, tonic water/quinine as well as wine gums and cherry syrup.
Palate: Viscous and mouth coating. Quite silky as well. Toasted nuts and dried fruits abound, such as dried Goji berries and dried cranberries, plus preserved peaches in syrup, pear drop candies, pralines, and a ginger-driven heat.
Finish: The fruit notes linger for quite a while with hints of ginger sticking around as well.
Comment: What a great name selection for his track/bottling! It is thick and rich and glossy and impossible not to enjoy, just like the Daft Punk song. I hope Turntable keeps on releasing tracks, and does more at high proof like this one!
Producer Tasting Note
"An explosive, full bodied whisky combining peaches with chocolate almond torte covered with vanilla cream."
