Low-quality mezcals use excessive smokiness to hide unpleasant flavors. A little smoke is great, but too much hides mezcals’ more subtle fruit flavors and can overpower a balanced cocktail.
Solmano is an exclusive blend of mezcal with 44% ABV, made by a third-generation mazcalero at our partner distillery in Santiago Matatlán, Oaxaca. Our current products are 2 expressions of mezcal spirits - an espadin and an espadin distilled with natural mango - designed for sharing and mixing into your favorite cocktail.
