Nose: Bouquet of golden syrup cake, waxed lemon, pistachio-studded nougat, creamy vanilla, stewed apple, papaya, and a hint of white pepper. Notes of butterscotch, brown sugar, orange peel, and vanilla from the rum cask further enhance the aromatic profile.

Palate: Luxuriously thick texture brimming with melon and papaya sweetness, enriched by a medley of spices including clove and root ginger. This cask strength delight evolves into notes of light toffee, golden sultana, and Kendal mint cake. Cherries and candied peels add a delightful twist, with a subtle white pepper spice lingering behind.

Finish: A prolonged, rich finish that intensifies on the palate, revealing layers of flavour you'll savor.
