"This is Cognac Sponge Edition No.10, and for it we wanted to bottle something celebratory and different. So, unlike with whisky or rum, we decided to go younger, brighter and fresher for a change. Hence, this beautiful wee micro-cuvee from Jean-Luc Pasquet. It’s a multi-vintage blend of Heritage N.10 and N.11, all distilled from the family’s own Folle Blanche vines and bottled at a managed ABV of 49.6%."
