On The Rocks Cocktails, a ready-to-drink cocktail brand, is made in the Dallas area, starting with experimentation in a garage and then moving to a co-manufacturing facility. 

On The Rocks Cocktails are considered shelf stable and do not need to be chilled for storage before or after opening but should always be consumed within a year of purchasing.
