Starlight Distillery’s Blackberry Whiskey highlights the rich history of blackberries grown on the 750+ acre Huber family farm dating back to 1843. Our whiskey is distilled on our Vendome copper stills and is then aged in used Starlight Distillery whiskey barrels.
This 84-proof whiskey is blended and flavored with sun-ripened blackberries, creating a vibrant and elegant union between the carefully crafted whiskey and farm fresh blackberries."
