"The legendary Saison Dupont. Brewed since 1844 in our farm-brewery, it has since made a name for itself around the world!
Regarded as a classic Belgian seasonal ale, this traditional beer was designed to quench the thirst of seasonal farm workers. Brewed in winter, it was left to ferment for several months in wooden barrels before being served in summer.
Now one of our biggest exports, Saison Dupont sets the standard when it comes to Belgium’s brewing traditions."

Producer Tasting Note
"This blonde ale is a complex beer, marked by fragrances of grapefruit and spice (cloves). These aromas are also present on the palate, where they combine with hints of malt. There is a clear bitterness, rounded off with a delicious flavour without any sweetness.
How is it different from the organic Saison Dupont? It’s a bit more mellow! Best enjoyed at cellar temperature (12°C) or slightly chilled as an aperitif.
Saison Dupont is the perfect accompaniment to mussels, eels in a herby sauce (“anguilles au vert”) asparagus, stews, grilled meats or even to bring out the flavours of Asian cuisine. How about cheeses? Try this beer with Moinette Jeune or Saison Dupont cheese for a real treat!"

Leffe Blond is a pale abbey beer with a full, sunny, golden colour. It has a smooth and full bodied taste and a rich creamy head. Like all the Leffe beers, it is a "connoisseur" beer that's easy to drink. The abbey, Notre Dame de Leffe, was founded in 1152 in southern Belgium. The canons of the abbey brewed ale, and over time developed a unique ale, brewed only at the abbey.

A wonderful return to nature, with its flavour of yesteryear, this is a beer that was drawn from the wooden metal-circled barrels to fill so many mugs in our Flanders bars! Its bitterness comes from our hop fields scattered throughout the region. Brewed by infusions, it is an old-fashioned rising beer made with strong and hearty Flemish hops. Fermented using top yeasts, like the barrel brewers of yore and clamped like bonderised barrels.
