"A new expression of the original De Auras Wheat Sour was released back in 2015. Soft tartness, orchard fruit, and subtle minerality create the complex flavours and aromas of this wheat sour. Aged in one of our giant oak foudres and a selection of freshly drained white wine barrels, resulting in a refreshing and delicious beer. De Auras finishes crisp, dry, and slightly tart. An excellent pairing to a shared plate of charcuterie on a sunny day."
