This is the perfect 'training-wheels' wine if you're just getting into skin-contact white wines.
Orenji is a cheeky little number. A blend of Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc, hand-harvested from an organic vineyard in Margaret River. Jo let the fruit hang out on skins for six weeks before pressing it and putting it to bed in barrel.
She wants this to be a friendly style of orange wine, not a big, scary, chewy number.
It's something you can knock back without thinking too much about. And if you're keen to get your head around skinsy whites, it's a terrific place to start.

Denavolo - Dinavolino

UNIQUE ORANGE WINE // Dinavolo is an incredible Orange wine, especially if you're a fan of trying new things! A beautiful blend of 25% Malvasia di Candia Aromatica, 25% Marsanne, 25% Ortugo, and 25% yet-unknown varietal This blend comes from 28 year old vines grown on the highest portion of Giulio’s sloping, calcareous vineyards. All destemmed fruit first goes into a steel tank and is left to ferment for one to three weeks on the skins. There are seven to eight pump-overs per day to agitate, and only natural yeast is used. The wine is then transferred to older oak barrels for three months to age. In total, about four months are spent on the skins, with minimal amounts of sulfur added at bottling.

A fresh, dynamic, and easy to drink wine. It stands out for its aromatic intensity; ripe white fruit above all. Sweet in the mouth, with a slight hint of oxidation that makes it lively and gives it structure. Perfect to pair with cod, or other oily fish.
This is a wine made from Verdejo from different vineyards of the area planted ungrafted. Once the grapes are harvested, they are pressed in a vertical press. Then, the must is partly settled in flute deposits (long and narrow). The musts go through the assemblage to begin the fermentation, all together, without temperature control. After the fermentation, the wine remains in contact with its fine lees for 5 months. It is bottled with no added sulphites, without clarifying nor filtering.
