Nose: "Salted butter, homemade shortbread, toffee sauce.
Palate: Honeycomb, green olives, melon.
Finish: pastrami, buttered gingerbread, light treacle notes.”

Producer's Description: "Matured only in first fill sherry seasoned oak casks, bottled at natural colour at a strength selected by our Master Whisky Maker. Creamy vanilla, orange peel and nutmeg character."
