Ben Stewart is part of the third generation of a pioneering Okanagan farming family. He left a successful banking profession in 1979 to become General Manager of both Quails' Gate and Boucherie Mountain Vineyards. This OV Foch (pronounced FO-sh) is from Quails' Gate's oldest vines! Aromas of coffee, cassis and berry are complemented by firm tannins, a full body and a toasty sweet oak finish. And some fun trivia for you — the grape, Marechal Foch, is named after the French war hero, Marshall Ferdinand Foch, who accepted the German surrender at the end of the First World War. pairs well with grilled meats and hearty stews.
