"Our twelfth batch from the Blair Athol distillery is a 21 Year Old,and comes from a marriage of two ex-Bourbon Hogsheads, distilled in February 1997. It’s been bottled at batch strength with an outturn of just 266 bottles. The central Perthshire town of Pitlochry sits on the banks of the River Tay and has had a distillery since 1798, making its plant one of the oldest legal whisky-making sites in Scotland."

For the Bloody Sergeant, a hardy soldier loyal to King Duncan, we married bourbon hogsheads, bursting with vanilla and toffee, with ex-wine casks to build in layers of fruit and tannin, all accentuating the robustness of this Highland malt."

Natural colour, non-chill filtered, and bottled at 51.8% abv.
