Moppa's Westlake vineyards, at the northern tip of the Barossa, are often refrred to as the third estate as they encompasses elements of three of Greenock's key sites. Made from the Hill Block vineyard that sits just above Jaensch, it's remenicent of a chocolate covered cherry with a big vanilla component from a combination of new American (50%) and French oak barrels. Tempting to drink now for its oppulent fruit blast, it will age for up to 20 years if you happen to possess that sort of patience.
