The Laudale series from independent bottler Adelphi focuses on putting out heavily sherried Speyside malts bottled at 46% ABV. Batch 6 comes from the underrated Dailuaine Distillery. It is 12 years old and was aged in first fill Oloroso Sherry hoggies.

This 2010 vintage, 12-year-old Dailuaine was finished in an ex-Vin Santo cask, before bottling at 54.9%, exclusively for Kensington Wine Market.

Exclusive to KWM in Canada!
We ourselves some Dailuaine here at KWM. It's waxy and fruity profile seems to be showcased incredibly well in ex-Bourbon casks, which is why we jumped at the chance to have this as an exclusive. Distilled in 2009, this single cask spent 13 years maturing in a Hogshead (#315772) before being bottled at 52.9%. We only managed to get a fraction of the outturn, which was a miniscule 100 bottles!
