Cambridge Road's latest Pet-Nat bottled simply in the most living and raw form. They've taken Riesling & a touch of Pinot Noir from the Cirrus Vineyard in Martinborough and bottled it early under crown cap, allowing it to mature in bottle. Light peach in colour with aromas of citrus and tart apricots. Fresh and beautiful - no added sulphites.
