Using carefully selected rice suitable for sake brewing, it was hand-brewed during the harsh winter months of Yamagata by brewers who has inherited traditional techniques. The harmony created by the love of the brewers and the blessings of nature is truly a work of art. This is a light Daiginjo with a sharp and bright taste. 

  • Rice polishing ratio: 48% 
  • Alcohol level : 15%
  • Rice used : Yamada Nishiki
