Honeysuckle, apple, lime, a touch of pear of course, and a vibrant, zippy palate and very low sugar levels, but pronounced fruit. Just an amazing clear, and focused Prosecco. The oldest, south facing plantings for the family vineyards, at high elevation, steep, poor soils, and all hand harvested and tended. A truly fine example of the region, and what can be done traditionally, at a low-production level. Perfect as an aperitif, and as recently tested in store, pairs perfectly with hot dogs!
