Daffy's Gin comes to us from Edinburgh, Scotland. Daffy's was created with the purpose of working well in cocktails but also to be enjoyable neat or on the rocks. Some of the botanicals used include soft Lebanese mint, angelica, cassia, orris and then of course a small amount of your more typical gin botanicals: juniper, coriander, orange and lemon peel.

A fresh new small-batch gin from 35 Maple Street in Sonoma, California! These elegant hand-numbered bottles look like old-fashioned medicine bottles. According to the distiller, you'll find notes of "tangerine, lemon blossoms and blue flowers" in this fine gin, named after 35 Maple Street founder August Sebastiani's favourite uncle. Uncle Val, aka Valerio Cecchetti, is a retired doctor in Italy, and the botanicals used to make the gin are the same ones he likes to use when he's cooking: lemon, juniper, cucumber, sage and lavender.
