The Moulinier family is based in Saint-Chinian, a pretty town near the Mediterranean city of Beziers. The rugged terrain presented a challenge, yet the family believed the vines would produce low yields of exceptionally concentrated fruit. Only 1,500 cases of this treasure are made. 95% Syrah with 5% Grenache, it is complex, rich and dense. Certified organic. Decant two hours before serving.
