The style for Steele Carneros Pinot Noir has always been one of moderate oak, high-tone fruit flavors and aromas of black cherry, with a rich nose, juicy palate and long finish. This one just loves turkey!

Melville Verna's Chardonnay '09

USA > White Wine > Chardonnay

Chardonnay Verna was fermented and aged in neutral oak with some batonnage. It presents deep, rich layers of tropical fruit, butterscotch and spices, all of which come together nicely on a rich, textured frame. The Verna’s finishes with excellent lushness and body. Anticipated maturity: 2012-2018.
