This is undoubtedly one of our least known yet best treasures from the tiny region of Collioure in the South of France. Coume del Mas is 50% Grenache, 30% Mourvedre and 20% Carignan. Hugely smoky and viscous with sweet, very dark fruit and an ostentatious structure.
