Chateau Chante L'Oiseau Graves 2003

This terrific little red wine find comes from the Graves region in Bordeaux. Made from organically grown grapes, it is 70% Merlot and 30% Cabernet. Bright and intense with aromas of tobacco and dried herbs the palate evolves into a deliciously smooth drink. Best served at about 16 degrees C and with poultry, other meats and cheese. One of our best sellers!
