Albet i Noya Lignum 2005
Spain > North Central > Red Wine > Carignan
Albet i Noya is one of the Spain's leading ecological winemakers. The Albet family has made wine at the Can Vendrell estate for 4 generations, but in 1982 made the move to producing ecological wines. Their latest release is called Lignum (from the Latin for "wood"), a blend of 22% Cabernet Sauvignon, 39% Carinyena, 39% Garnatxa. The 1st vintage in 1999 won a gold medal at the International Wine Challenge.
