Rocca delle Maće's principal cellar is in the Chianti Classico area close to Siena and Florence. The founder, Italo Zingarelli purchased a 14th-century village called "Maće" near Castellina in Chianti in 1973. This white wine is a blend of 50% Trebbiano, 20% Verdello, 20% Grechetto and 10% Malvasia grown in vineyards in the heart of the Orvieto Classico region. Salute (cheers in Italian)
