Pedro Araújo’s "Ameal" is a fairly serious interpretation of Vinho Verde. His focus is on quality, in a region more commonly associated with cheap wines. This white wine is a balance of floral and fruity aromas, typical of well-ripened grapes from the Loureiro variety. It has excellent body, a smooth yet slightly crisp taste, a fruity palate and a persistent length.
