From the Sportoletti family in Umbria, this is a blend of Grechetto, the white grape of the region and Chardonnay. Aromas of apple, pear and honey abound, with hints of pie crust. It is medium-bodied, with good acidity and fresh, bright fruit. Long apple-flavored aftertaste. Drink now, only 570 cases made.
