The Moulinier family is based in Saint-Chinian, a picturesque town situated above the Mediterranean city of Beziers. The rugged terrain was a challenge yet they knew that the vines would produce low yields of exceptionally concentrated fruit. This is their entry-level wine and it is a pure delight. Try it with roasted chicken or cheese.
