This is a bright wine with an intense ruby red color. The flavor is sweet yet delicate with remarkable elegance. A lovely balsamic taste comes across at the end. Best served at room temperature and it is absolutely excellent with desserts and irreplaceable with short pastry, pandoro di verona (typical italian christmas cake), dark chocolate pralines and strawberries.
