Most noted for his hallmark Recioto and Amarone, Tommaso Bussola consistently receives the coveted "three glass" award from the prestigious Gambero Rosso. His hands on approach produces wines of exceptional quality but in very limited quantities. The grapes for Amarone are dried on bamboo mats for three months and the resulting loss of water produces a highly concentrated rich and velvety wine.
