Michael Goundrey developed vineyards in the 70's in an area south of Perth. In 10 years Goundrey Wines was one of Western Australia's largest wineries. He sold in 1995 and set up Fox Wood in Languedoc in the south of France. His Viognier is elegant with distinctive aromas of apricot and gooseberry. The palate is soft with ripe melon and a long, crisp finish. Perfect with salads and fish dishes.
