Located in the Okanagan Valley, Summerhill Estates is a Certified Organic Vineyard using no herbicides, pesticides, or chemical fertilizers in the soil. For the past 14 years they have been conducting experiments with "Pyramid Aging". It seems to have been a great success, as the tasters chose the pyramid-aged wine almost unanimously as being smoother and having a better aroma!
