Made by Bertrand and Virginie Waris, and their two daughters, this family produced Champagne originates in part from their impressive holding of Grand Cru vineyards, followed by subsequent maturation in their vaulted chalk cellars that date back to 1730. Refreshing and dry with soft biscuity notes and graceful fruit. A great ‘house’ Champagne.
