Pinot Noir is a dark-skinned grape with white fruit inside and it's one of the three grapes allowed in Champagne. Many Champagnes are blends but not this one! It's all Pinot Noir with a golden glint in the glass. It's fruity, voluptuous, and lively. Now how's that for sparkle?! Concentrated and complex with aromas of mature pears, baked apples and a hint of aniseed. A wonderful aperitif and food-friendly.
