The name Savitar refers to a mythical dragon-like monster and it said that his great tail swept the stars from the sky and flung them to the earth. Lucky for us that Savitar's stars landed in our store, in a bottle no less! More brooding than the other Mitolos but with real star power. Scents of toasty oak, tar, licorice, scorched earth, and blueberry. Full-bodied, meaty and complex. 94 pts, Wine Advocate.
