For a winery founded in 1996, this estate is on fire, producing offerings that are the products of natural yeast fermentations and gentle handling in the cellars. The Sauvignon Blanc offers clean aromas of mineral and hints of lime. On the palate, elegant fruit-forward flavors of fresh pineapple, apple and lemon zest are complemented by subtle hints of lychee. Excellent balance with a bright, clean finish.
