Enjoy the soft approachable structure in this fine Coonawarra dry red. The use of very tight grained, older oak gives length and complexity without dominating the plumy Merlot fruit. Medium to full-bodied with a warm rich texture. Blackberry and fruit characters are nicely balanced, and there's a lovely lingering finish of toasty oak, offering length and richness.
