Hey there's another "P" in town from Oregon's Willamette Valley. It's Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir's white grape cousin and it's great. It's distinctive, intense and full-bodied with aromas of pear, tropical fruits and a hint of cloves. Just off-dry in sweetness, it's well balanced with flavors of nectarines and apricots, and a long, spicy mineral finish. Pair with goat cheese, summer salads and seafood.
