Philip Parizot Gevrey Chambertin Justice 2005
France > Burgundy > Red Wine > Pinot Noir
It's hard to do this wine justice because it comes from a top notch Cote d'Or vineyard and it's a 2005, one of the best vintages in Burgundy ever. Winemaker Philippe Charlopin could pass for the Bacchus of Gevrey-Chambertin with his curly hair, round face and hearty laugh. Such joy to share too. Mouth-watering with cherry flavors, wet earth, and black raspberries. Ample, rich, and lush, it's seductive.
