Springvale Pinot Noir 2005

A medium red in colour and offering up some gorgeous dark cherries and earth, a bit of game - a very sensual nose. The palate shows terrific fruits and ripe tannins, savoury finesse, balance, with bright acid and a bit of mineral on the finish. Lots of potential here. Drinking well now, and will continue to improve with bottle age.
