The Marrone family has been producing wines for six decades. They have 45 acres of vineyard with a range of varietals. Their entire 45 acre vineyard is organic. This Barolo Riserva gets it name “Pichemej” from “piu che meglio” - “beyond the best”. Intense aromas with scents of rose, dry fruit, liquorice, cocoa and coffee. Full-bodied, pleasantly tannic and very persistent. This will be exceptional with age.
