A great report card for this 2005 effort from Robert Parker. "Grenache and some Viognier could also be in there given the floral aromatics, has loads of plum, cassis, and blackberry fruit mixed with hints of charcoal and burning embers. This wine has luscious fruit, a sumptuous attack and mid-palate, and is an undeniably sexy wine with low acidity, ripe tannin, and a beautiful mouthfeel. 93 points
