Chateau Romanin is perched on a mountain ridge at the southern end of the Rhone Valley, where gliders take to the sky to cavort over the vineyards. It's a gorgeous setting for this biodynamic vineyard. At Romanin, they follow the lunar calendar when composting in the vineyard. Everything's done in balance with nature, like their spicy red fruit blend with notes of licorice, violets and light savory bush!
