Barbera is an Italian red grape grown predominantly in the Old World but also in the New World. Now 'It's Naked on Roller Skates' Down Under. Those Aussies eh - always taking the good stuff from Europe and giving it their own special touch and name. This is a big medium-bodied red with juicy, tangy flavors of cherry, cranberry, plum, and blackcurrant. Try it with penne and a roasted tomato sauce.
