Adelina’s winery in the Clare Valley borders Sevenhill which was first planted by the Jesuits in the 1840s. There's history and good wine here including of course, Adelina's Grenache. It's like velvet with layers of flavor including the big taste of black cherry and black raspberry. Excellent balance, and a lengthy, fruit-filled finish. Drink this satisfying red over the next six years.
